A new chapter
Zdravo do krabičky was the beginning.Evenyn is the future.
Hi, I'm Katka, but most of you know me as Zdravo do krabičky (roughly “healthy in a box”). That ends today, though not in the way you might think. I've been into healthy eating and cooking for 8 years now. I lost weight and started taking meal-prep boxes to work. And then came the idea behind this project, one I'd had in my head for a long time.
These 2 years have been really intense. They taught me a lot about cooking, food and a healthy lifestyle, but also about myself and my limits. And they took a lot from me too, mainly my free time and my ability to switch off. But I love my work, and that's thanks to you. Because this project stopped being just about me a long time ago. It's about us.
To keep growing, I signed up for a certified nutrition course and I've already successfully completed the first part. But I'm in no rush: real things aren't built quickly, they're built well. And for us to grow fully, this project has to grow too. Zdravo do krabičky is becoming Evenyn. Not because we're starting over, but because over the years we've moved forward together and want to go further. Talented people who share the same passion for food and a healthy lifestyle will gradually join the project. Together with them, I want us to be able to give you as much as possible.
