FAQ
Answers to your gift card questions.
What exactly am I giving?
Access to Evenyn for 3 months or 1 year. The recipient gets the same system as a regular subscription: meal plans, recipes, the shopping list and the meal prep method.
How do I give the gift card?
After payment, a PDF gift card with a unique code arrives at the email address you entered. Forward it or print it out. The recipient signs up at studio.evenyn.com and enters the code themselves on the membership selection screen. Their access starts straight away, with no card details needed.
Is it a subscription that renews?
No. The gift card is a one-off payment. Once the 3 months or the year is up, the recipient can extend Evenyn themselves if they like it.
Can I buy a gift card for myself?
Yes. After payment, you redeem the code on your own account, just as a recipient would.
Does Evenyn work on mobile?
Yes. Evenyn is an app for iPhone and Android, and it also works in the browser on a computer. Redeem the gift card code at studio.evenyn.com, as it can't be entered in the iOS app. Then sign in to the app with the same account.
