If you know us as Zdravo do krabičky, you're in the right place. It's still us: Katka, her kitchen and the meal plans you cook at home. We're just called Evenyn from now on. Here's a short explanation of why we changed our name and what it means for you.
How Zdravo do krabičky began
It all started the way most good things do: in the kitchen. Katka was packing food into boxes for the next day and photographing it for Instagram. No diet, no weighed-out chicken and broccoli. Normal food that tastes good, just thought through in advance. More and more people wanted to cook the same way, and over time the photos of lunchboxes became a system: weekly meal plans, recipes with macros, shopping lists.
Today it's a meal prep studio with more than 800 recipes, and we've cooked every single one of them at home. You get the weekly meal plan, the recipes and the shopping list ready-made, and you cook in your own kitchen, from your own shopping.
Why the name Zdravo do krabičky no longer fitted
Try typing boxes and food into a search engine. All you'll find is delivery services: diet meal boxes, boxed meals delivered to your door, food prepared by someone else. That's exactly what we're not and never have been. With us, you cook at home, with enjoyment and without diet charts. A name ("healthy in a box") that promised half of people a delivery service and the other half a diet had stopped helping us.
We were looking for a new name that carries calm and a system instead of a box. Evenyn, pronounced EEV-nin, is a name without the baggage of old meanings. Onwards, with gusto.

What changes and what stays
Everything that matters stays: Katka and her approach to food, recipes cooked at home before they ever reach you, meal plans with no banned foods and no shame. All memberships stay too, so you don't need to change any settings anywhere.
What changes is the name, the website evenyn.sk and, gradually, everything around it. If you still come across us somewhere under the old name, in older Instagram posts or in business documents, it's still the very same kitchen.
